Hi, I’m Christie
I’m a Strength & Wellness Specialist with a Master’s in Exercise Science, certified in strength training and nutrition (MS, CSCS, CNC). I’m passionate about helping people move, grow, and feel strong in a safe, accessible, and judgment-free environment, whether we train in-person or virtually, at your home, outside, or wherever you feel most comfortable.
My approach combines functional fitness, strength, flexibility, and mobility, tailored for individuals and small groups. All fitness levels are welcome, and I meet you where you are at, designing each session to match your abilities and goals.
Whether we’re training one-on-one, with a partner, or in a small group, my goal is to help you feel empowered, confident, and capable every step of the way.
Outside the Sessions
When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me outdoors with my pups and friends, whether it’s at the beach, hiking, on my SUP, or exploring new trails. I love staying active and bringing that same energy into every session.
